One artificial hair called an extension is attached to each natural eyelash with a special glue, and each extension is carefully attached one by one to avoid entangling other excess eyelashes.

It depends on your lifestyle and the condition of your natural eyelashes, but on average it takes 4 weeks.

Repair involves removing extensions that have grown out and ruined the design, or that are likely to fall out easily, tidying up the whole look, and then adding new extensions.

Unless specifically requested, we do not perform complete removal every time. We try to avoid using removers as much as possible, considering the health of your eyelashes.

In rare cases, some people develop allergies to the glue used to attach the braces.

The main symptoms are itching, redness, and swelling.

If you are concerned about allergies, such as before an important event, we recommend that you have the treatment done at least two weeks in advance or have a patch test done in advance (1,650 yen).

We also offer glue for sensitive skin that is less likely to cause allergies (although it lasts less than regular glue).

There is no need to worry at our salon. We will attach the extensions in a way that will not damage or reduce your eyelashes. In fact, our staff and customers who have been applying extensions at our salon for over 10 years have not experienced any loss of eyelashes.

However, since oil cleansers have a strong cleansing power, they will not last as long as those who do not use them, so if you want your cleanser to last longer, we recommend an oil-free product.

We also offer our recommended cleanser for sensitive skin (oil-free).

Yes, that's OK. We have a wide variety of extensions available to suit any eyelash condition.

For those with particularly thin and sparse eyelashes, we will carefully select and attach the most suitable extensions so as not to put strain on your eyelashes.

Mascara that can be removed with warm water is available.

The mascara we sell can be easily removed with lukewarm water and can be applied thoroughly from the roots, so we recommend it.

For first-time customers, there is a concern of allergies to glue, so we recommend a minimum of two sessions, one a month before the important event and one immediately before.

You will not be able to wash your face or use eye drops for at least 5 hours after the procedure, but you can do so after that.

It depends on the number of lenses to be fitted, but it takes about two hours (including consultation) for new clients and about one hour for repeat clients.

Only hard contact lenses will be required to be removed before treatment.

Please bring your own contact lens case for hygiene reasons.
