This time, we are mainly looking for staff to design men's eyebrows and perform eyelash perm treatments.
All of our staff members have a strong sense of professionalism when it comes to their skills, so this job is suitable for those who want to learn the skills thoroughly and provide high-level skills.
Work location: 3-1-2-7F Otemon, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture
Employment type:
Full-time employee (with training period), part-time/casual, contract work
Decided through consultation
trial period:
~6 months (depending on experience and individual differences)
Business content:
Providing services such as men's eyebrow styling, eyelash perm, and skin care
General salon operations
Required Qualifications:
Cosmetology license required
Working hours: Full-time employees
Shift system / 9:30am - 6:30pm (1 hour break) 8 hours of work / 8 days off per month
Working hours, number of working days, etc. decided through consultation / Paid vacation
Salary:
full-time employee---
Basic salary of 180,000 yen + transportation expenses, incentives (10,000-160,000 yen), nomination fee, perfect attendance allowance, miscellaneous allowance, etc.
Part-time --- During training: 1,000 yen After training, after getting a customer: 1,000 yen + incentive (10,000-160,000 yen), nomination fee
Transportation expenses covered (up to 10,000 yen)
Outsourcing---40% of sales excluding tax
